    i subscribed for 1 year
    and always disconnect after awhile
    when i talked to support they told me that i working from to devices but i have only enigma box

    os network very baaaad
    bein sport arabic very baaad
    alot of channels not working

    realy hated your service and i need to back my mony.

    my connection is 80 mb(4 lines with 20 mb)

    i have subscription with another service was working perfect on same box and same network.

    Instead to say to say that the service is bad ( many clients are happy), try to ask in forum what is source of problems and fix them, with help of community

    Each Ip means one device.

    Please try for instance repairing your issue another image i've faced alot of problems with diferent images on enigma2 devices...

    it has nothing to do with popularity, its common sense, if someone is going to try something he shouldn't jump right ahead and keep complaining after, the client have options its not like there is only 1 year subscription, in rapidiptv there are 3 options, 3 months and 6 months and 1 year, resellers have the option of 1 month.

    Are you getting paid for your statements. Think of some clients bought for 1 month or 3 months and within that time it changed remember in August/September when the big enhancement took place. So if i buy something i want it to last and not changeing from good to bad.

    At rapid iptv which seems to me a big pool of many restreams the situation could be much better for that price. Why they do not offer only what they could guarantee its working and leave the rest behind mass is not everything!

    I tried over 10 iptv providers but i keep coming back here, i am not vouching for rapidiptv or anything i am just stating the facts, i am with you in this one it has gotten a lot worse lately, try other service providers and see for yourself, as i said, i am not vouching/greeting nor getting paid as you say i am only stating the facts from trying other providers.

    Had 3 trials from @theinternettvguy here on the forums, 2 via url for Siptv, and 1 for my new MAG254.
    Everything ran smoothly on the Mag so i purchased 3 months today as he has been extremely helpful and kind.
    But yes, i would not get a fully year sub without a thorough test first!
    So far im very happy with the portal, apart from te lack of EPG on a lot of channels, but hey, i have a mobile phone and simply check out the sky tv guide lol

    I would dare say it's your hardware or connection that is letting you down.....

    i have the same issue
    i try android and mag 254 and DM800se, the Enigma2 (openpli 4) is the best off all but that didn't enough to stop lag and freeze for OSN and less with Beinsport

    Dude, you have 4x20Mbps!
    Use your router and make your Enigma box use only ONE 20Mbps connection. Using 4x20Mbps means you're using 4 different IPs! Switching from one IP to another will mess with the system.

    RIPTV recommends fiber optic broadband speeds of up to 40 Mb/s I'm sure.
    20 Mb/s should be fast enough however it depends entirely on your country of residence and how far away your location is away from RIPTV's servers.

    Also, use ethernet connectivity and not wireless. You will always lose speed and latency through the air.

    Guys the problem depends on so many factors
    a) either wifi or ethernet
    b) your speed during watching time (stability)
    c) the common speed of internet during watching time (check in prime time it's slowing down the whole net no matter how fast your line could be)
    d) the trafic on rapidiptv server
    e) the connectivity of the backbone of rapidiptv provider
    and so on....
    if you know a bit about networking youll understand and know iptv through normal internet is never stabile!

    Netflix and youtube use "on-demand streaming (pre-recorded video streaming )" , But IPTV is be "live streaming". Their technology and stability is not comparable, not server-end nor clients-end. But yes, better qualities of live streaming is possible if RIPTV has Bill Gates wallet.:blush:
