Again Server Problems on a Sunday

    Hello Guys, My clients with MAG Box begin to call me they can't connect to server. "PAGE LOADING ERROR" try again but impossible. WTF is going on every Weekend with Rapid?

    One of the Clients is so angry and he's come to my home and has thrown the mag box before my feet and shouted at me. Thanks Rapid.

    Me too, believe me he was very angry and told me " I have an Italian Club and thjere are over 30 People they comes to watching Football, your f**ng Box doesn't work every weekend." Now I await a Reply from Rapid, they never told us what's the problem. They only interested on take money and then f**k yourself. Very bad service. I have other 2 Iptv Servers but they don't have so much channels like here. Next client will not be here I'm sure.

    Haha, I don't use skype and if so then you think they can help me? I dod't think so. They need to inform us all here what's going on with the server but NO they don't have time for that.

    No, it's ok. I think they read here too and so they know what's the problem. One of the client on my portal is yellow/orange and then red. He's try to connect but why is there no connection for some clients and for the other is everithing ok?

    No, it's the same problem like last weekend. It works everyday and then comes weekend and then they couldn't connect. This makes me really angry, why they don't fix this and then leave.

    Im assuming I have the same issue with my system. I just signed up and setup my mag254 with the portal they have on the tutorial site but all I get is a page load error.

    I submitted a ticket with a screenshot of the issue and MAC address just in case i fat fingered it. So far their reply was that the MAC address was already extended to the end of my purchase period...not sure how that helps troubleshoot my issue with the,

    That's the Service I'm talking about. They don't know what they do. Ah en, this makes me really angry. I get off my Cell Phone now. Why this shit happens every Weekend.

    I think this is a problem with MAG boxes. This weekend has been pretty stable on SmartIPTV for me. Only darts on Sky Sports didnt handle very well. But Rapid still needs to improve with Sports Channels.

    Yes, Smart IPTV Is very stable, last week it was everything ok but the problem is with mag portal, no connection. I think it works now.

    Yea and the link to skype on this site is dead.

    I am leaving this if my channels are not fixed. I can't watch Polish channels. Bad quality and buffering.
    And don't tell me that It has something to do with my device are my IP is blocket. Because swedish channels works fine, beside that there are alot of mess on the swedish channel list. SO that is another issue.
    Is someone know another IPTV srevice please let me know. Rapid sucks after almost one month. The support from Cuvillier where good. But rapid support sucks.
