bad customer support

    Subscribed in the service on 4/7/2016.
    My ip address is blocked by the servers firewall. Emailed customer service 3 times and i got no answer exept once that they said to me that my ip address is unblocked but i am still not able to reach the server.
    Requested refund but still no answer.
    Really bad customer service. The reply for the payment was instant and then for support there is no reply at all. Not recommended. Hope to get a refund!

    First, try to Submit ticket https://support.rapidiptv.net/hc/en-us/requests/new by explaining clearly your problem and giving your order id to check if it is active.

    @Cuvilliar... Why do you need to use customer support ?? You are not a customer , you have not even purchased a subscription yet !! You just scrounge tests from resellers every day !!!

    I made a subscription, paid for it, sent pictures of my id and visa and the subscription was activated. I have contacted support as Cuvillier mentioned and they resolved my issue!

    unfortunately i dont have the time to "scrounge tests from resellers every day" as you mentioned. I just want a stable provider.

    You should have gone through a reseller then as we do not ask for proof of ID
