Banned for no reason. Forced to ask for a refund.

    2 weeks in our subscription. We were happy with it. However on Saturday it all fell apart. There were some technical issues with Rapid and we were trying to watch tv. We figured out that our ip for some reason was blocked, following the advice given on the forum we contacted support. And this is what happened.

    Instead of helping or clarifying the issue. Things got worse. Now it didn't work at all anymore, instead of just dropping every so often.

    Replying to this. Made it even worse.

    Now even the private VPN we owned was blocked. For no good reason. Or at least we don't know. We never heard a thing from them again via email.

    So we went on the website asking the live support for some clarification. When this block would get lifted. After much back and forth asking what we could do on our side to stop this thing from happening and fix it. We were told this:

    I haven't done anything from this connection apart from use it in vlc and kodi
    the system is wrong
    what can I do now?
    I mean I paid for 3 months
    and my old cable subscription ends this week
    I should have never send a support question... since then I was blocked
    at least tell me you received my messages. Or am I waiting for nothing again?

    Please send your admin this chat transcript. If he really cares about his customers, then give me a chance. Because whatever system he's relying on, it is false
    I think my order number was: 6767
    So there you go. We're done. Not that we want to. Now we thought this thing was over until we received a message asking for us to rate them on their support. This triggered me to make this, in the silent hope that these guys wake up. But that ship has probably already sunk.

    Yes. A cheap way to have a private VPN. Why? I used it on my macbook (VLC) and kodi machine (openelec, linux).

    YES!!!.
    I too am very intrested in what is happening here. Admin need to make it clear what has happened in this situation.
    For I too will soon be faced with if to take this service for a Year.

    "Restreaming" Has to be Clearly explained. For as far as i know Streaming from more than one IP and Streaming from more than one player( Either software or Hardwar depending on sub purchased) is allowed one at a time.

    I also Know ( Using a vpn my self ) that sooner or latter getting a IP from vpn service will give me an ip that has been block by IPTV. But i SURE that the Techies at Rapid are fully aware of this and do provide some allowance to the inocent User.

    So some detailed clarification is certinerly need.

    Restreaming means saving our channel line into a server and accessing that server from other locations. For example if I buy an account I get about 5000 channels. Some people think if they copy 1 channel in their server (which of course has just 1 IP) and share it with others we won't know or our server can't differentiate that 1 IP with normal users. But that's wrong. We will know instantly and block that IP forever. This is called restreaming process!
