Big trouble with SIPTV (Smart iptv - samsung)

    Hello.

    Having big trouble with my own IPTV and my costumers. Cant even get through to channels. Keeps sayin connection timed out even tho Netflix works well etc.. and I have 500mbt/s so i got realöy stable internet.

    My sisters tho works verywell and i can see her online without any problem...

    It has worked very good earlier.. and suddenly all stoppen for some reason.

    Try to set the example list to the mac adress (http://siptv.eu/lists/example.m3u) then restart the app. Then put your rapidiptv line and restart the app once again.

    As soon as i put the Rapid iptv line it doesnt work....

    Well I dont know what's wrong.
    Can you download the m3u file to your computer and open with VLC if it works?

    Havent gotten so advanced in the reselling business.
    Tho.. the line i have for my TV is the one i got from RapidIPTV directly. I payed 90€ for a year.

    No.. why would i share it for any reason at all..

    Its very weird that both me and 1 of my new costumers had this problem for no reason at all..

    Although..

    When i activated the smart iptv apps i did it from my stationary computer which i used for my original tv at home.

    But that doesnt matter really.. :-/

    Since after activation and url we both had functinal IPTVs

    Although i have no idea how i got there..

    Now as I'm a reseller..
    Am I allowed to activate my costumers Smart IPTV App from my home? And can i put in their line from the reseller program via my pc at home?

    This is to help my costumers directly on the spot..

    Or how am i supposed to do?

    To be frank i never put my line i got from Rapid IPTV on one of my costumers Mac Addresses.

    But i used my home adress to activate both Smart IPTV apps and i went into Siptv.eu and put in the lines to activate everything from my house to the costumers house.

    Does not matter what connection you use it matters if client use line on two devices at the same time if yes he will be banned by server

    So in other words..

    If my costumer is at home and sending me his Mac and payment.

    I go later in to Siptv.eu and add the new line for him from my computer (does the IP adress conflict or is it okay?)

    A lot of my costumers want to have it directly and most of them do now know how to do this and that in order to fix it so i want to do everything from home for them.
    Will that be possible?

    Hi there,

    once you receive mac and payment, and you have made a new line in the Client Portal, you copy the MPEGTS version from the 'M3U with options' section of the downloads.

    With the copy you go to siptv.eu and you link the copied MPEGTS version together with the received MAC address in the My List 'Add External playlist links URL's, with auto update' and press ADD LINK.
