Not sure if it's only me, but I currently have nothing coming throuh the box. Not even the portal is running. I have done the following 1) Power off power on the device - nogo 2) Reset the cable modem - nogo 3) logged a ticket with support - no reply (it was a 1 ½ hours ago. Lately there has been a little message on the top of the screen with "Connection Error" on and off, but still could watch most channels (UK and Nordocs). I would usually be able to see the last channel I watched before switching off the device but when changing channel now all went. Maybe my IP has been blocked by rapidtv.com for what ever reason?
