    hi, because the quality and stability the last 4 weeks are soo bad, i loose my clients.

    i think, a refund is no problem for rapid, but it looks like it is a problem!
    i want to change the subscriptions for clients from 12monhts to 2 monhts and refund the credits.

    admins says its not possible.

    But there is the reclame of RAPID, that u can refund if u are not happy with service!!!

    anyone want to buy my client accounts?

    i really dont understand the bad quality here, the service is ok, rapid response in emails. but channels are a katastroph, my clinets are angry!!!

    i want to edit subscription for my clients, who can help me?????????
