Complaint: 1 week into 3 months sub . now locked into a non working device

    Hi,

    I'm new to Rapid IPTV, a week or so in, my remote control for my mag box was more or less destroyed by my toddler.
    I ask support to delete the MAG from my account and instead provide a playlist.

    Nope is the answer, can't change once you've chosen mag?
    This is incredibly bad service, really really shitty. Why is it not possible to remove the MAC address from my account?

    I really hope this could be resolved without the need for me to go to my bank, generating a chargeback for you guys.

    Contact rapid iptv on Skype, and they will do it. Give them your order ID, and they will create m3u with your remaining days as your subscription I think

    Really, so their "ticket support" is like a Level 1 kind of service?
    They're horrible to talk with.

    Thanks for the advise, I'll try skyping one.
    Happen to have a skype ID to contact?

    Rapid iptv support is anyway good, but for ask some hard questions that need hard doing you have to contact rapid iptv on Skype

    Isn't there free apps on Google Play and the iOS stores for MAG remotes? I know it's not a solution but could get you out of trouble temporarily :)

    Good idea! But from memory I think you need to configure it first and set a password. So would need a remote first.

    Unless they have a phone with an IR blaster like a Samsung S5 then unfortunately they won't be able to do this :(

    What's VPN got to do with a MAG remote control app...?
