    As we have noticed for these days, some people have complaints about our service and quality.

    So we have decided to create a topic for user complaints so we can manage them in one place in a better way.

    Dear Rapid members, this topic will be watched closely so we can make our service better. Any user who has complaints, please write information mentioned below for us but before that we should make it clear that we do not support people who use VPN, so it's out of the question for us!:

    Country and IP

    Internet Type (ADSL or Fiber) and Speed

    Hello I'm in england using a mag 250 adsl broadband.
    What I've been watching the last couple of days has been of ok quality. It freezes a bit but I think all iptv services must do it so over all I'm happy with service l.

    I see you removed my earlier post.... Anywau, kudos to you guys for fixing the channels! btw, do you believe that we post "negative" comments just to vent or because we encounter some real issues? The fact you react/answer/help surely is appreciated and sometimes expected.

    I corrected myself. Of course we know that people are posting those comments so we can improve our service and then they have a better experience.
    And I informed thread starters about removing posts in General Forum.

    I think it is wrong way to talk about issues & problems. Nobody (me and my customers not, I am sure) want to give Country and IP adress in Public. My proposal is to Rapid admins works closer with resellers and react more quickly on our questions and inquires. We are in closely contact with customers every day, and our job is to transfer problems to Rapid staff, but for last 2-3 months your response wasn't at a high level.... When we resellers told you that some channels have a problem, believe us, it it truth....

    Actually, I just noticed that your IP and MAC addresses are published on your member profile! Wow, Rapid remove don't make these types of info public, crazy!

    You told me that I am crazy or what? What are you, some Rapid advocate or staff member? Or user as we are? I've noticed that in every post you defend Rapid service against us, evil customers (resellers)....

    About country I don't think there will be an issue but about IP, you can use a private conversation with us. About close contact we are trying our utmost. About you resellers, we DO believe you!! Why shouldn't we? You are helping with our service so we are in the same boat!

    Yeah sorry I made things like that yesterday, forgot to put things back in order! Will not happen again :rolleyes:

    hi guys,

    my customers mostly complains abou the freezing specially LIG TV 1.2.3 can u guys get a better source cause i watch a lot turkish football and mostly the channel stop and zap to the next channel or it freeze a lot and the quality get bad. plz solve this. this is important.

    it would also be nice if we get Add Channel section for resellers cause i am misiing channels in HD and most customer are rejecting because of the channels are missing.

    hope u understand that.

    ii am having fiber 500/500mb//s by the way

    It's disappointing that the MAG250 portal doesn't have an EPG provided, therefore making the record functionality superfluous.

    Now that'll be great Rapid! I'm sure many of us tried different addons and programs, yet none of them work without key infos that you only have... so it makes sense for you to do it as opposed to us trying. We surely would be thankful if you do.

    Well i have no problem with quality just that the channels that i watch are totally messed up, i did adress the issue many times but seems like they dont really care. I am talking about albanian channels and i have already filed a request, but nothing done so far. At first i decided to try for a month, but if you continue like this you wont have me as your client for the next year. Moreover, today happened to me three times that the channels went off, not even buffering and after few minutes the service was back again.

    The quality is good the only issue i see is the channels are all messed up, for each country sports together, movies together, ect and without epg very difficult to know whats showing on each channel, thanks.
