    What is IPTV?

IPTV is a system that can send video content to multiple receivers via IP networks (Ethernet) and through ADSL networks.

The advantage of this technology is that we can reuse the wiring up to use IPTV and which can therefore pooling services over a single cable (office, internet, video and TV, monitor, video, communication companies and telephone).
His Schematic diagram on the right gives you an overview General:
1- The video SOURCE enters the network as: DTT, satellite, cable, video camera or VCR / DVD.
    2. Upon entry SOURCE video is automatically converted to IP and directed to a SWITCH RJ45 network.
3- The SWITCH sends the IP video to different receiving stations listed; IP TV, IP set top receiving Boxing + TV and computer. At this stage we are in a streaming IPTV.
4- For a better user experience can be integrated in the network server software "middleware" that from the center of the system where it is placed, will manage the transition of video streams and information and will manage permissions receptions. The middleware provides management information Video on Demand.
5- (VOD), digital video recorder, the content is managed remotely and not on the receiving station.
And the billing control VOD video content when it is requested.
The most common content for the IPTV system are: TV, VOD, courses and education, information sharing, dynamic display.
Distriac International segment mainly addresses the 'hospitality' (hotels, hospitals, banks, companies, ...). Communication systems for sectors like those require a customized solution.
for some time there is a clear connection between the TV and PC technologies.
Watching TV on a PC is no longer a novelty for a long time.
The offer of multimedia services and advanced communications to the TV and PC, by cons, is a new trend. This technological symbiosis requires a new approach!
To manage this evolution, we need extensive interactive communication systems.
The establishment of such a system requires expertise flying high and an extensive know-how.
