Freezing Error on Smart IPTV

    Hey guys,

    I purchased RapidIPTV yesterday, i've had smart iptv for about a year and i didnt have many problems before, i got it off a reseller. Today around every 2 minuets on smart iptv it freezes and this is constantly on every channel. Not my internet as i get 30-50 download and 3 upload. Help please?

    Using:
    Samsung Smart IPTV

    i also have another problem but im not sure whether it is my tv. So like on smart hub apps, it will randomly click buttons on my remote and change channels or open side tabs ect. This doesnt happen on freeview.

    I'm using smart TV and no issues at all seems like maybe you have issue with TV/remote. Why not uninstall smart iptv and reinstall?

    Then you can take that out of the equation.

    Also try pressing back button when in smart iptv Then hit the red button for the app settings. Cheak that's set up correctly for your TV?

    All I can suggest.

    Wait so i can uninstall the app without losing my paid service with smart iptv? I mean it probably is the app as the stream works fine on VLC player and its not my internet. When i used a resellers services, it worked fine though. Now it just freezes and you have to change channels.

    Yeah try the uninstall you won't lose the paid feature as your mac address won't change so all good :)

    Ok the uninstalling thing seemed to fix the freezing issues but my tv still randomly changes the channels samsung adviced me to reset smart hub and that doesnt work

    Take the batteries out of remote as this may be broken and causing channels to change.

    If that dint work then sadly I can't help you. Maybe factory restart TV?

    This sounds more like a TV issue now you may need to look at getting new one sorry can't help.

    I put in new batteries, i think i might have to get another one from costco as i have insurance with them. Would i have to repurchase smart iptv again?

    If you change remote then no if you replace the TV then yes as it will have a different mac address.
