    Our gateway has problems and payments will not be processed. The problem will be solved soon.

    Hi,

    I'm novice. The gateway problems should be fixed according homepage.

    Where can I find the gateway ? I don't know what to do for paying my subscription. In the confirmation e-mail of the booked subscription I've got no link to the gateway. Please help me.

    First you visit:
    http://rapidiptv.net/packages.php
    Then click on the desired subscription and at the next page fill your info (Your device, MAC address, Payment Method ...)
    After that an Email will be sent to you. Open that email and click on the provided link. You will be redirected to payment page.
    Click on "Complete Payment" and then a window shows and you fill your card details in there. I think that page is not compatible with IE, either use Firefox, Chrome or Opera web browser.

    Hello,

    today I have placed a new order (as sugegsted by the support). It seems that the problems aren' t fixed yet. Or I am doing something wrong. When I follow the provided link for payment I got the Error 404 as in the last days. See attached screenshot.

    EDIT: I am using Firefox. I have try it also with Opera.

    I've placed 3 orders in the past few days. Everytime I've received confirmation e-mails containing no link to the bank portal for payment. I want become customer, but without payment this can't be realized.
    I've proposed to resolve the payment problems via amazon codes. Since yet there is no answer. I'm getting more and more disappointed.

    Ok, now I have placed a new order again, and it works!

    I've just tried it with no luck. The confirmation e-Mail comes with no link to the payment gateway.

    After a lot of tries and the changement of the e-mail adress I was able to pay the 3 month subscription via VISA.
    It seams that the e-mails with the link to the payment gateway were being supressed by the e-mail provider.
