    To optimize flow and reduce micro-cuts of .ts streams :

    -Have A connection of 2 Mbps or more
    -Set The MTU value to 1360 or less in your modem
    -Increase the cache VLC to at least 2000 ms .

    This tutorial applies for all your all your iptv devices, where you are watching ts streams with m3u file or other... But with mpegts output.
