    Hi all I paid for a 3 month subscription to rapid iptv for my Samsung smart tv I've downloaded the iptv on the tv and done everything else that is require where do I download the channels from to put on the tv because the email I recieved does not guide me to anywhere

    Help me please, it is impossible to pay your services with the card the visa, whether there are still payment methods? At payment writes the following.

    Please contact our customer care department.
    NOTE: This link should bring the customer back to a place where an new orderid is created so that they can try to use another card. It is important that a new orderid is created because if the same order-id is sent in a second time Realex Payments will reject it as a duplicate order even if the first transaction was declined.

    I hope you found resolve on your issue which brings me to wonder why Rapid doesn't use other paymentt method ie. Paypal like many other sites....

    We have tried PayPal before, but we ran into many problems! It's not safe for us!

    I am wondering why as well.. I think it has to do with the quality.. You can get your money refunded if you are not satisfied with the quality, or if you did not get your goods.. That's might be one of the reasons..

    I understand Rapid, because I had a problem with PayPal, too. Few customers write on payment notes (payment for IPTV...or IPTV) and PayPal blocked my account (they said that it is violation, kind of piracy....etc). You can't explain to our customers not to write notes and....you have a problem... that's the point. Skrill is much, much better service, PayPal is scum (never refund me some money from my account).

    I'd argue (in a friendly way before you take it personally) that there are no reasons why you shouldn't recommend avoiding any additional notes on a payment. As you might know folks are looking for point by point guidelines and starting the Rapid's purchase process is really kinda "pay and enjoy" sole guideline at the moment. By step by step, I really mean it, here is a poor (I grant you) example:

    1. Buy
    2. Fill info
    3. Do not add any additional info or your request will be denied
    4. You will receive an email with your access procedures
    5. Our customer service contacts (emails, chats, Facebook, Twiter or else

    Again, just a thought which must be expended to actual Rapid'd needs....

    Even if we put a step by step guide we will face difficulties because not everyone reads/follows instructions!
    And another thing about PayPal is that some people misuse it in many ways. For example a user bought a 1-month account from us, after 25 or so days he got a refund! :confused: Now suppose a new Reseller buys a few hundred credits, gives out acounts and then refunds! What will happen to his users after that? That would be a fraud! So the solution is that we don't use PayPal at all! ;)

    Hello, I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried 3 differents credit card but nothing happend, I receive always the same message:
