    after having extensively googled the life out of iptv servers i decided to try here for 3 months.
    joining seemed pretty straight forward but wasn't 100 % happy with using my credit card with an unknown company but went with it anyway.
    i have now received an email after you took payment saying you now want photographic id and my credit card photographed as well
    I have tried to pm you on skype regarding this but no reply even though you advertise 24/7/365 support.

    Thanks, i did try to contact using skype, email and creating a support ticket.

    Eventually i had a reply today......

    Rapid IPTVDear barry,
    We did not received required documents regarding your order with Rapid IPTV.
    The amount has been fully refunded and the card marked as fraud did not passed. That means you can not order again with Rapid IPTV.

    So you see there is no alternative, either you provide what they are asking or it's a refund.

    This is not how to do business. RapidIPTV need to use more robust payment methods that protect them against fraud and also need to realise it is a big responsibility to hold onto customers personal information. I hope people realise that identity theft is very common these days and if large multinational organisations with sophisticated security systems can be hacked then small companies like this are very vulnerable. And besides that who is RapidIPTV.... No phone number, not clearly registered in any county, no telephone support, no information on the web page about consumer protection legislation. Why would i give personal information to a faceless company?

    hi! I also have had the same email.

    I've questioned it and received this response:

    "its because of some clients made order by stolen cards and we got charge back on payments
    Our gateway need clients documents for anti fraud"

    This doesn't sound very legit.

    Has everyone else who has a sub had to do this?
    Can't see me bothering to be honest.

    To be fair they mentioned before you can blackout all info and just leave your name and the last 4 digits for them to see.

    Not much they can do with that

    May be that RAPIDIPTV was in trouble by law and they had to get some personal data of the customers?

    I heard that they want to have a credit card picture and also a document to identify the card holder?
