Probably Your ip has been blocked, msg to someone of admins, contact tru skype or open a ticket on the sellers forum which is the best solution https://support.rapidiptv.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
Or just restart/refresh your router in order to get new IP-adress, i don´t think you have a static ip.
Why asuming he does not have static, I am on static IP and most of my customers. Any way even if your ip is blocked you should be able to access reseller panel if you go to cms.rapidiptv.com directly
Cause he is from Sweden as I am, and we dont usualy have static ip adress. Your are right about reseller panel, when I wrote that I didn't really read the post. Had the same problem with one of my customer, so I assumed it was a same issue.
