    I paid with pre paid credit card. And they dont want to make my order.. Refunds on pre paid cards if so wrong and take so long time........ I just want my order...

    If they said refund, then you should got refund, it may makes sometimes to show in your Card. If you don't see it tomorrow, contact rapidiptv in PM he will try to solve your problem.

    I do not see why I would send you personal documents! It is anything ... I do not want to be filed as "pirate" with my photo and proof of payment on your server !!! Cancel my transaction, I would not go any further! My freedom stops where your inquisition begins. If you have a fake card why do not you just block the subscription? I do not agree with your principles and I do not think I'm the only one ... Please unsubscribe.

    I did all this but you keep asking for new things, now you want me to send a Bank Statment, I send i screenshot of the transaction which is in my country currency, then you asked for payment confirmation email from the bank? What bank sends a email after payment? Really bad to not be able to buy your product.

    If our sales team are asking for more proof, it means they can't trust your documents. You can either provide other documents or ask for a refund. You can also ask our resellers in forum for an account. They won't ask you for ID proof.

    I have no problems with giving the proof, I cant understand how a bank statment (printscreen of the transaction) is better proof then copy of ID and image of the CC? To manipulate the screenshot of the transaction is as easy as CTRL +S the page while on the bank and then open it up in Notepad++ and edit the info as recuired.
