I know I can but as I said for some reason I cant . This is what I always get when I am trying to pay ( See attached file). I did try Chrome, Mozilla and Edge as well.
Try with VPN to see. Maybe your ip is blocked.
payment links dont seem to be working, any resellers online now?

I used a VPN to put my location in the Netherlands, worked fine.
Think Cloudflare was blocking my location from London.

I'm having an issue with verify payment and I keep receiving the same reply from customer service (from Mehdi) despite explaining clearly what my circumstances are.. Can anyone help?
The story so far:
- I submitted 2 orders for annual subscription paying with the same card (one for me on for my dad)
- We paid both orders with his pre-paid/rechargable Italian debit card => this card does not have account holder name on it
- As part of the documentation to verify identity we submitted a picture with:
- copy of the front of the card (without name)
- national ID
- A statement from the bank that shows that the card belongs to my dad
The response from the support team has been to submit the bank statement that shows the transaction but we don't have access to this report neither online nor through the bank. After explaining multiple times the situation I keep receiving the same message from customer service:
"Please Provide your Bank Statement regarding this purchase so that we can confirm your payment."
I don't know what to do and I don't want to cancel the order (I'm a satisfied returning customer) but over the past couple of days there has been no progress whatsoever with customer care (always the same message).
I would appreciate any help or suggestions to move this forward (either ways - approve or cancel)
Thanks MrGipo. I understand it is an easy request but unfortunately I don't have access to the transactions history for this card (it is my dad's rechargable/ pre-paid Mastercard that we recharged with just enough money for this purchase. Being Mastercard the bank does not provde details on transactions - but just receipt on the recharge operation - and I couldn't find a way to register online to see the history.
What was meant to be a very easy transaction is now proving too time consuming and frankly speaking if it can't be resolved I would like to cance the order and be refunded. Unfortunately the customer service person I'm talking to, keeps sending the same reply that I now find quite annoying as I'm spending time to collect documentation and explain things and in reply I keep receiveing what it looks like a "cut & paste" answer (e.g. not even telling me how to cancel the orfder despite me asking).
so unfortunately ask them to cancel the order , and get back to us resellers we accept paypal so you can link the card with them
