Loading credits problem

    Hi all,

    Last 2 days I've been trying to load my panel with credits, but everytime I try to load credits I don't receive the email to pay, only an email that my request will be evaluated:

    But then I never receive the link to pay... don't get it.. first time I loaded was instantanealy...

    I tried skype 2 times (always offline), Open a ticket in ticket center 2 days ago, and no one answer..seems rapidiptv is dead and nobody answers me.

    can somene help? did someone loaded credits lately?

    Dear Cuvillier,

    yes, I'm a resealler, and already loaded credits before. usually instantanealy. now, I go to "add credits menu", set my name, mail and amount, and then receive the automatic mail from rapidiptv, telling that my order is being evaluated from the staff...and that's it..no mail with invoice to pay, and with link to proper menu where I use the credit card.

    I tried 2 days ago with 100€..nothing happened, then tried with 200 and 500 and nothing..same thing..3 trys and nothing. have new costumers interested and don't have credits...
