It's been a while since I set mine up but I just checked my old settings:

    General

    Location: Remote Path (Internet address)
M3U Play List URL: [Your URL]
Cache M3U at local storage: [Unchecked]
    Numbering channels starts at: 1

    EPG Settings

    Location: Remote Path (Internet address)
XMLTV URL: http://epg.serbianforum.org/epg.xml.gz (Try the Rapid IPTV one that you have above - I haven't tried that)
Cache XMLTV at local storage: [Unchecked]

    Channels Logos

Channels Logos from XMLTV: Prefer M3U

Try them settings and let me know if that works :)

thank you for your quick answer ! I've put the same setting you gave above but it did not solved my issues. The EPG worked but not for french channels and a few UK ones. Concerning the LOGO, nothing to report... :/

Are you too using Openelec on a raspberry pi?

No, I use an Amazon Fire TV with STB Emulator or Smart IPTV.

The only way I could get the logos to work in KODI was to download the m3u list and do a find and replace all on the logo urls leaving just the filename. I.e. "tvm.png". I then set the logo url in KODI (the url with /picons/ in) and then uploaded the edited m3u to my webserver and linked to it from with the PVR setup guide.

It's a bit messy to set up :)
