MAG Device Exsists - Reseller

    Hello,

    As a reseller i come across a lot of people with mag devices looking for tests.

    When entering some addresses i get the

    "This MAC Address already exists as device. Please look at the Manage Devices page"

    Obviously this either means, they had a previous test or sub and the last seller has not removed the expired line or am i wrong?

    If the device exists and they want a sub, what do i do here?

    Even if their subscription has expired their MAC will remain in our database and they can only get new subscription from their previous reseller or ADMIN. So if you can't register a new MAC contact me and I will remove it from our database.

    You should create ticket in support and send MAG (mac adress). The only way for you to be able to activate this MAG devices again is to get admin/support to remove mac adress from the server.

    I raised a ticket as I was having this problem of MAG alreay exist but was told It can not be deleted from system as it bellongs to another reseller. Even though it has expired. Can anyone help me here please.

    is it possible to other server, i think is not good for a reseller logo rapidiptv as server.
