    Paid and installed yesterday onto my Samsung smart tv, worked fine all evening. Woke this morning to find all channels have disappeared, any help appreciated

    Open ticket. Probably your IP has been banned for using list on other device than Samsung TV.
    Had same problem.

    try first to restart the tv and the siptv app, i think its an app problem..
