    Just noticed that I'm unable to access portal.rapidiptv.com:8080 - and the website that I saw there was offering to sell the domain name. Is there a problem we should be aware of?

    Had the problem also have contakt minüten to put in 5 , the problem has resolved

    I contacted support and the issue has now been resolved. Without an explanation, all I can assume is that the user/pass I use had been disabled for some reason.

    I have the same situation. I opened a support ticket (11 hours ago) but it's not resolved yet.

    Not sure about offline but channels are a complete mess in the FR and VIP FR links. Some work, some don't and some are labeled a channel and shows another... C'mon Rapid, what's up?

    If we help them out with uppdating a list and writing down the right name of channels, list the non working channels etc. Send it here or directly to admin and I know they will fix it, but you can not expect them to watch 2200+ channels 24/7 and keep them updated.


    Don´t ask what Rapid can do for you, ask what you can do for Rapid ;)

    About paying Rapid? btw trust you me, I have done that for the past 6 or so months but in spite of the warnings and as expected, the more customers the less service to be expected. To me Rapid hasn't invested much in the system (including people investment) and I'm simply hoping the feeds keep up with this unbalanced business plan.

    Anyone know how many hours support need to whitelist a static IP? I opened two tickets... but nothing . I tested my account via mobile and it's working.

    In my case shortest was 5 min. Longest was about 3 hours, early morning though.
