    just want to say how dissapointed i am with the service i've recieved, all i wanted was for someone to look into the problems i was having with freezing/looping and channels not matching the actual channel name, I stated that if the problem could not be resolved then i would like a refund, instead of actually looking into my problems and trying to help me to keep me as a customer the response i got was my account has been cancelled and a refund issued!
    thanks for a really poor experience rapid i would'nt recommend your service to anyone!

    You should have asked the community for help,nothings perfect..you probably joined at a bad time,the service occasionally go`s tits up.
    I`ve only been a member for a week and i`m very pleased so far.I found connecting directly to my router was much better than wifi.
    Some channels are a bit blocky now and then but all the sport and movies are bang on for me.its good to know Rapid lived up to there name
    with a Rapid refund,good luck on finding something better at the same price.

    Thing was I didn't want a refund yet, I just wanted some support and if the problem couldn't be resolved then I'll take the refund, it seemed like they wasn't interested in keeping me as a customer.

    Yeah,i understand..seems you pointed your fury in the wrong direction,.
    I suggest study the forum a while and see what problems other people are having
    and then decide if your coming back.You need to stay for the whole 3 months really
    to see the bigger picture.

    Can you tell us whats type of setup you have.Might beable to improve it for you.Dont worry about the channel names not matching this happens on all.
    you need to understand IPTV depends on the Internet.I have been using the services for a few months now its been very good for what you pay for. lots of channels.

    I'm using on enigma 2 with fibre broadband 37meg download and 9meg upload and my ping time is about 29

    @Rapid. Suggestion if I may, surely please suggest newbies to consult the forum first as issues have occured for any of the current member. One of us likely went through whatever any newby will go through.
    Just like a Guide, you may want to organize the forum and its posts clearly and easy to find.
    ie: Mag 254 issue (by device issues) or Kodi issues or VLC, etc... you got the point
    Let's make sure that these guys know they are not the only ones and we're here to help. btw, make no mistake not only is IPTV new to most but so are forums concept too.

    I'm unhappy too with the service. Many of channels have no sound and my clients call me everytime. Check wright now on DE: RTL there is no sound. I can't sell something that's not working. If it works good i can add 5 Clients per day but atm not.

    Very poor service most of channels doesn't have sound and to much freezing. My Internet speed is up to 100 mg

    I'm not going to suggest there are no issues with Rapid but I surely can tell you you must try many tricks prior pointing to Rapid. I know it might sound "obvious" but trust you me, I always reboot my ISP Box, reboot my pc and/or media box/clear cache when things aren'tt working "properly"... then I alert Rapid. Your 100gb connection means squat if it's got cache itself and so is anything else. This said, I'm sure you did all that before posting...so Rapid, what's up?
