    Heads up everyone. I purchased a one year subscription and after six months of poor streams and poor customer service I asked for a refund.

    Rapids reply - We cannot cancel or refund.

    Buyer beware!

    Im in the same boat its terrible, bought 3 months, first time using and since then its awful asked for refund on day 1 they just say no its your internet

    clearly its not, i have 10-20mb download

    this is a complete fast

    I have the same experiences about poor streams. In my eyes the service quality is a big lie.

    I've just asked for a refund 3 months in to my 12 month sub, I've also been given the delayed response tactic saying this

    I don't care if your eventually going to fix this poor service I've found another one that works now so can someone from admin contact me ASAP to arrange my refund now please.
    harryporter not everyone here is a noob mate, please don't try to tell me my network is not configured right I can quite assure you it is, my new service is working perfectly and puts Rapids to shame.

    So far, no reply from Rapid - have they really run out of their bullshit excuses!

    the more peeps who complain the quicker we put these con artists out of business.

    Mate you have been waiting for 3 months and after that you want refund. Trial is 24h if you are not satisfied with a service quality in your area simple dont buy the service or wait for things to be fixed.

    Yes 3 months into a 12 month sub, do you honestly think I would put up with a poor service for 9 months? 3 months was plenty long enough to make my mind up that I wanted out!

    No one should have to wait more then a few days for things to be fixed this isn't kodi and trying to access free streams, it's a paid service, especially the way rapid advertise there service as being top quality, streams constantly going down, channels replaced with the wrong streams, freezing, live football unwatchable when it's on but service goes back to normal when the games have finished, that's my experience in the 3 months I've had my sub and looking around the forum I'm not the only one complaining, this constantly happens with no end of complaints bringing an end to the problems so I don't hold out much hope of anything being fixed anytime soon hence why I want a refund.

    I'm with you pal. Spot on, my only regret is subscribing in the first place.

    Im looking for a new provider now and my first question is - Are you a reseller for Rapid, or in fact anything to do with Rapid - If you are...Goodbye!
