Requested Documents for Resellers when add Money to Account

    Hello Guys

    I only want to know what you think about that, Rapid want my copy of creditcard and an ID when i add money to my Account. A Friend has paid with his Creditcard and rapid will not add that money because my friend don't send his id and creditcard copy.
    Why they need that now? I pay every or every 2 months some money to my account and never give a copy of my id and it was everytime ok, but from now on, they don't add the money without the requested documents.
    What do you think about that?

    I dont have This problem. Maybe you are considred as New customer
    Be sure that you pay with same name and same e-mail adress of support account used

    I never had this Problenm before and I'm reseller over a year ago and have paid with my own credit card and with creditcard of some my friends. Yesterday my friend want add money from his creditcard to my account and that's impossible, they want the requested documents. They wrote me the money will be refunded. I don't understand why they do that so now. I have the Receipt about the payment, the Transaction ID, Order ID, Cardholder and everything they need and still not enough. My Friend he never will give his copy of ID and Creditcard. So I loose 2 Clients more.

    Your friend add credits to your account with his credit card. So that's Why support need to check This New card

    Maybe, but beforew i used the creditcard of my father, friend etc. and never had this problem.

    I wrote them over 10 Mails and I don't use skype or sign in only to contact rapid. If they need money so they will add if not than no problem, there ae any other iptv sellers on the net, that's the words of my friend.

    Me too, had never problems before. I added 3 times money in this week and had never problems.
