    Due to misuse of some resellers. Some resellers would sell trial accounts instead of real accounts. Each day, they would create 25 trials for 25 clients!! So we disabled removing trials from resellers menu to avoid selling trial accounts as real accounts.

    No way, contact support via ticket service and tell them about their mistake.
