Say what? Why in the world would you want stalker when you have Rapid or other IPTV? Stalker tries to duplicate what IPTV's companies are doing... You lost me here. Your post makes little sense to me sorry.

Yes Stalker is emulating or trying to be a Rapid IPTV if you want. Kodi and the internet ads are full of these pseudo stalkers which are supposed to give you live channels for free.... Most of the time their links go down or don't last. There are however great addons on Kodi which I still use when I need to watch something unstable somewhere including paid IPTV's... But when you buy "say" Rapid you are getting way more stable channels (in spites of some negative posts). That being said, Rapid's not 100% all the time either but nor are any other paid IPTV services.
You see, independent's IPTV is not as stable as your cable/satelite feeds (but way better than pseudo Stalkers). Ask yourself whether you want perfect IPTV (cable/satelite) at $ 150.00/month with most channels you don't watch or independent paid IPTV where you get more channels than you never expected for $ 13.00/month (pending on IPTV offers). So far and in my search, Rapid is top and with another paid IPTV (Americas channels), I'm totally satisfied especially with Kodi at any moment just in case.

Firstly, you must have your m3u file on the device you want to use it on(android box, fire stick, pc etc)

    Now, on Kodi go to:

    System > TV > General > Enabled.

It will tell you there is no PVR add-on enabled, click OK.
It will now present you with a list of PVR clients.
Scroll down to "PVR IPTV Simple Client", click it.

Click Configure. On the General tab, change the location to either local path(if the m3u file is located on your android box/stick/pc had drive) or remote path(if its hosted on the web), and then locate your m3u file.

Now click OK, then Enable. The press the X to close the menu, and press the kodi home button. Now go to exit.

Now, reload kodi, you should notice "PVR manager is starting up" and it will begin loading your channels.

You will now notice a TV section on kodi, go inside that and you will see your channels.

Now simplely select a channel, allow it to load/buffer(will depend on your internet speed) and there you have it. Rapid IPTV working on a Kodi PVR client, as opposed to having a progam that loads channels(Like Stalker).

Hope this is what you wanted.
