    Hi I just opened Support Ticket through my reseller panel and I wonder how long will take to get an answer since it really is urgent,
    Two of my clients IP addresses have been blocked.

    Samir, I don´t think that system work´s at all. I highly recommend that you create new ticket on support website and as the admin to give you reseller account so you can read ther reseller forum.
