    the support tells me that the problem is my internet connectio.. of course! what else.. non 1080p channels work.. but of course it is my internet connection..

    absolutely no qualified support.. terrible!!

    For 1080p channels you need 30Mb internet speed. For SD way less. So it could be your internet connection.

    i have a 50 mbit connection
    last week it works fine.. so i guess it is not my internet connection..

    also i have the issue that i have video but no sound from time to time..
    it is nothing on my side..
    i am an IT specialist since 17 years now and i belive i can figure out if the problem is on my sinde or on rapidiptv..

    Are you using a MAG box? Or some kind of stb emulator? Ive heard that these things wont work that well with Rapid.

    i always had freezer but not as much as this..

    Well im sorry but i cant check channels at the moment. But i know that it will get fixed by Rapid within a few days if it is on their side.

    the supporter told me that it is 200% on my side without asking me a single question..
    would you say that is qualified support..?
    sorry for me it is not!

    not just a few seconds .. watch them for example a few minutes.. also i am using smart ip tv not vlc like in your signature..

    Skype support is way better. Ask them on skype.

    Ive just checked 1080p channels from turkey. They seem to be fine. no buffer and good quality

    maybe today is fine again.. as i told i watched them last week and they were ok too.. but yesterday was terrible..
    often freezing sometimes just video and no sound..

    i wll check today again.. what really makes me angry that they told me it is my internet connection without asking anything about my config or something else!
    that is not ok..
    of course it could be my connection, but than they have to tell me what to test.. ping traceroute upload download.. etc..

    In settings of smart iptv, try to increase buffer size to large
