    Hi all, having major freezing/buffering in all the vip UK channels that I've tried for the last day or so. All over channels seem fine. Am I the only one?

    I will submit a ticket but when it's working fine tomorrow and then again not next week they will treat it as 2 separate issues. I was posting this to gauge the problem, not to find a resolution.

    Well they replied and blamed it on the isp despite explaining I was a reseller and multiple clients reported the same issue not very impressed loaded loads of funds to rapid and their response to the problem just treats me like I'm an idiot

    Just to add that in addition to vip UK channels, all channels that were showing live football today were unwatchable. Might as well use sportsdevil.

    They need to take some responsibility instead of blaming it on poor internet

    I would appreciate if an administrator could try and sort out the problem

    I understand your point friend.But,i will urge you to submit a ticket to the support crew and give them all your suggestions if it will help.On here,its one administrator for all of us and even though,he does his best,i think its not easy to keep track of all the complains.
